Muscular tension, stress, fatigue and pain can affect all of us, whether we enjoy competitive or recreational sports and activities. You don’t have to be a sportsperson to value the benefits of massage therapy. You could be a busy professional, a DIY or gardening enthusiast, a busy parent or carer, or have general stress/tension/injuries which need treating.
Many people value the deep treatment offered by a sports massage therapist as they can really benefit from knots being ‘ironed out’. Whatever injury or pain you are suffering, or how old you are, a tailored massage treatment will be provided to meet your needs and personal preferences. You will become aware of how your body reacts and tenses up under stress and by taking early action you will be able to reduce those areas of muscle tension thereby improving symptoms of pain, improving movement, and promoting a sense of well-being.
